Our Ruby Chocolate Bar has a naturally occurring pink colour, with the flavour of red berries and fresh sour notes. No flavouring or colour is added to create the pink chocolate. It is created through a unique process, from existng cocoa bean varieties, which unlocks the flavour and pink colour present in the cocoa beans. Packaged by hand and presented beautifully.
